The William & Mary Policy Review is currently accepting submissions on timely public policy topics. Starting with Vol. III, Issue 1, this is a peer-reviewed publication. 

Guidelines: Authors, please submit original, previously unpublished works to policyreview@wm.edu. 

• Length: there is no length minimum or limit, but we may request that length of accepted papers be modified.
• Citation Style: Bluebook for law submissions; Chicago footnotes (see 16th ed., Rule 14) for all others.
• Attach one Word file (.doc or .docx) to your e-mail containing the following, in order: (1) lead author's CV or resume with contact information and a statement of whether the paper will be under review at other journals while under review at the WMPR, (2) abstract, (3) paper (with author's name and star footnote redacted), including any figures.

If your paper is submitted exclusively to the Policy Review and is selected for peer-review, the process may last up to six weeks. If your paper is submitted to multiple publications concurrently, full peer review will likely come only after initial screening and when you have a contingent copyright agreement with us, as we do not have the luxury of dedicating peer-review resources to a submission until the Review is the only active player for that piece.
